This company is aptly named - “Innovative “ being the operative word! The challenge was to create privacy between an open loft bedroom suite directly above the downstairs living space. Luis and his team worked with us to brainstorm how to do this with a key objective of maintaining the current natural light and ventilation of both areas. The solution was to fabricate a metal frame structure that matched the existing raw steel angle iron used as accent trim in the living space below and then insert 25mm 5X wall Lexan polycarbonate panels. The results exceeded our expectations thanks to Luis and his team of innovative and skilled craftsmen.
