Most projects go through the same four steps: a walkthrough of your space, a design you sign off on before we cut anything, fabrication in our shop, and installation on-site. You’ll know which step you’re on and roughly when the next one happens. We don’t disappear between the quote and the install date.
If something’s off once it’s installed, we come back and fix it. That’s not a policy we advertise, it’s just how the shop runs.
